Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes 250g
    kiwis 100g
    pears 60g

Instructions

  1. 1. Remove the stalk ends of cherry tomatoes. Slice kiwis into 4 parts with the skin. Slice pears in half and divide into 6 parts without peeling.
    2. Put cherry tomatoes, kiwis, and pears into Hurom and juice.

Notes

The nutritive components of tomatoes and cherry tomatoes are similar, but cherry tomatoes contain more nutrients in amount.
