Ingredients

  • Yams 80g
    cabbages 160g
    pears 240g

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice pears in half and divide into 6 parts without pealing; chop cabbages and yams into smaller pieces with about 4 cm in length.
    2. Put yams, cabbages and pears into Hurom and juice.

Notes

Yams can be used with the skin after washing.
