Ingredients

  • Apples 150g
    bananas 140g
    kiwis 100g

Instructions

  1. 1. Remove seeds from apples first; cut in half and divide into 4 parts.
    2. Slice kiwis into 4 parts without peeling.
    3. Slice peeled bananas into smaller pieces with about 3-4cm in length.
    4. Put apples, kiwis, and bananas (in this order) into Hurom and juice.

Notes

Soft fruits like banana and kiwi are easy to juice and good to chew when used with a smoothie strainer (with larger holes).
